Photograph #SP1In late spring the air above the cool water in Cayuga often condenses to form a dense fog above the lake. Dick and Harriet arrived at Stewart Park early in the morning and Dick captured this tranquil scene of the park benches next to the inlet.

Photograph #HB1On the evening of April 2, 1997, with calm weather and clear skies, Dick drove to Stewart Park. He located his camera so that the Comet was positioned above a willow tree near the lake. With the tree slightly illuminated by lights from a building behind him he exposed his film for 15 seconds to capture this image.
